How to Make a Deposit on JT-Lab

Log in to Your Account:

Go to the JT-Lab website and log in with your credentials.
Go to the Finance section.
In the dashboard, look for the “Deposit”.

Select a Payment Method:
Choose the payment method you want to use (e.g., cryptocurrency, bank transfer, or other available options).

Enter the Deposit Amount:
Specify the amount you want to deposit and confirm your selection.

Follow the Instructions:

If you’re depositing with cryptocurrency, a wallet address will be provided. Transfer the specified amount to this address.
If using other methods, follow the on-screen instructions for completing your payment.

Confirm the Deposit:
Once the deposit is made, the funds should appear in your account balance after the transaction is confirmed. This may take a few minutes, depending on the payment method.

Check Your Balance:
Go back to your dashboard to ensure that the deposited amount is reflected in your balance.
After completing these steps, you can use the funds for purchasing bot subscriptions or other services on the JT-Lab platform.

Subscription to the server

Each user is provided with a dedicated server on the JT-Lab platform for the following reasons:

Stability: A personal server ensures the stable operation of trading bots, regardless of platform load or actions of other users.
Security: A dedicated server increases security because access to API keys and personal information is restricted to your server only.
Optimal Performance: Your strategies will run faster and more efficiently with dedicated resources that are not affected by the activity of other users.
Flexibility and Customization: A separate server allows you to adjust settings according to your trading strategies and requirements.

The cost of a two-month server rental is included by default in the price of each trading bot, except for open-source bots that can be run on your personal computer. After two months, you need to purchase a monthly server subscription.

The subscription is automatically renewed if there are sufficient funds in your account. Make sure to top up your balance in advance to avoid the bot being deactivated.

Annual Bot Subscription:

When you purchase a bot, the cost of an annual subscription is deducted from your deposit. This subscription provides access to the trading bot's features and strategies for one year.

Server Rental Payment:

In addition to the bot subscription, part of the funds is used to pay for server rental. The server ensures that your bot runs 24/7, without interruptions or the need for your computer to be online.

Important Points to Remember:

Automatic Renewal: Both the bot subscription and server rental renew automatically as long as you have enough funds in your account.
Balance Management: Make sure to monitor and maintain a sufficient balance in your account. If funds run low, the bot or server might be deactivated, interrupting the trading process.
Separate Costs: The annual bot subscription and server rental fees are separate, so ensure your balance covers both costs to keep your bot running smoothly.
